39. Kevin – Led by the Spirit to confirm God’s word

Recently my mother gave me a Christian article that spoke of Jehovah Shalom and some Biblical scriptures on Jehovah Shalom. One of the verses mentioned was from Isaiah 26:3

Isaiah 26:3 (New King James Version)
You will keep him in perfect peace,
Whose mind is stayed on You,
Because he trusts in You.

The verse spoke to me and I felt led send it via sms to some of my friends. A long time friend of mine from the same BMT, who received the message, said that God's Word that I had sent him was very timely and had blessed him.

He mentioned that two days before I had sent him the sms, a friend of his gave him a specific word from the Lord that within 2 days, God would send someone to encourage him.

Exactly 2 days later, I sent him the sms from God's Word, not knowing that I was fulfilling the Word of God. Oh! how awesome is our God. It is exciting to live by the promptings of the Holy Spirit.

I was encouraged as well in my spirit. Praise God. I give all Glory and Praise to God for His goodness.
