5. Eunice - How God became my best Friend and Father

Let me share the testimony of Sister Eunice. God is her closest friend; she walks with Him and God reveals His secrets to her. She has been a tremendous blessing to countless people and played an important role during the revival.

How did God become her best friend? Her father left the family when the children were still very young. She grew up without an earthly father and never experienced much of a father’s love. She became an introvert with few friends.

God became her spiritual and earthly father

One day, a teacher in school shared with the class about Jesus. She responded and received the Lord into her heart. The teacher gave her a Bible and she was grateful to him.

She began to talk to God as a friend. One day she prayed, “God! Be my Father on this earth.” God became to her the Father that she never had. In her private world, God was her best Friend.

Growing in the prophetic ministry

During her Lutheran church revival, she saw Dr. Leong, her church council chairman praying for people with needs and she asked God how she could be of help. After her prayer, she started receiving visions from the Lord. She availed herself to the Lord’s service and became a channel of blessings to many people. The prophecies, visions and dreams that God gave her brought forth edification and resulted in numerous testimonies.

Subsequently, the Lord began to give her verses from the Bible to support the visions she received. It was amazing because she usually did not know those verses beforehand.

Conveying important messages from God

God used Sister Eunice to convey important messages to many people, including leaders. There was an occasion when God awakened her in the middle of the night and gave her a vision, forewarning her about the passing away of Dr. Leong’s mother. Eunice saw angels receiving his mother, who was full of joy.

The next morning, Eunice shared the vision with her husband, Brother Ting before they went to work. They were unable to contact Dr. Leong in the morning, but within hours, she received a call with news of Dr. Leong’s bereavement. During the bereavement service, she shared her vision and it gave great encouragement and comfort to Dr. Leong’s family, knowing that it was God’s divine timing and his mother was full of joy in heaven. The whole church was in awe of God.
