2. Ronnie - Healed of Serious Food Allergy

Hi. My name is Ronnie. I am 8 years old.

Since the age of 2, I could not eat seafood except for fish. My lips would swell terribly. I would have rashes. I could only watch my family enjoy their seafood. I felt so sad.

There were times when I would start to swell, and I knew that the food must have been cooked with some seafood. It was difficult to eat outside and in school. My parents kept anti-allergy medicine at home for me.

My papa prayed for my healing. When I was bigger, he taught me how to pray and to have faith in God. For some time, we prayed and said that I am healed. I just kept believing God.

During the last national day, my family went to watch the fireworks at the national stadium. My papa bought some snacks for the family. In a hurry, he though he bought fish snacks but it turned out to be cuttlefish. It was too late when he realized it.

While watching the fireworks, I told my papa that I wanted to eat with everyone because I am healed. My papa said, okay, we have been praying by faith, and we know you are healed. So he gave me as much as I wanted. I kept eating and it tasted so good. There was no allergic reaction.
From that day onwards, I have been eating seafood. I want to thank Jesus for healing me. That was my national day present.
